Question: What do an architect, a librarian, and a copywriter have in common?
Answer: All are guest bartenders for the first ever holiday installment of CCH’s popular fundraiser, Cheers For Change!
On Thursday, Dec. 15, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., The Owl at 2521 N. Milwaukee Avenue will play host to an eclectic mix of volunteer bartenders who all support the mission of the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless.
There is no cover charge for the event; all the bartender’s tips will fund CCH’s programs. So come join us – we will be raising our glass, raising our voices, and raising money for this vital work.
For the past two weeks, seven bartenders have been collecting “tips” online as well from those that cannot attend but wish to show their support. To date, almost $4,000 has been raised.

Update: Thanks to the efforts of our seven bartenders and the generosity of all those who came out to The Owl or donated online, we raised an impressive total of $8,476.
