Registrations are still available as the Chicago Coalition for the Homeless brings its annual golf outing to a new venue, the Wilmette Golf Club.

Set for Monday, August 10, the event kicks off with a grilled lunch at 12 noon and tee-off at 1:30 p.m. After golfing, participants enjoy cocktails and a dinner reception, with the opportunity to bid on fabulous silent auction prizes.

This year’s outing is again presented by our good friends at American Chartered Bank.

Dedicated to the memory of John “Juancho” Donahue, CCH’s 13th annual golf outing raises critical funds for its work to curb homelessness in the Chicago area.

Golfing slots are still available, with foursomes at $1,500, with $960 tax-deductible. Eighty-eight golfers are registered to date. Late registrations can contact Michael Nameche at (312) 388-9454.

The 2015 event hosts are Mike Bagley of American Chartered Bank; Angela Barnes, Velocitel; Brian Forde, O’Keefe Lyons and Hynes LLC; Larry Suffredin, Shefsky & Froelich, Attorneys at Law; CCH Executive Director Ed Shurna; and Chris Ward, Foley & Lardner LLP.

Our golf outing promises to be another memorable day on a beautiful course, dedicated to supporting legal aid and advocacy by CCH staff and community leaders. There’s no better excuse to go golfing than this!
