CCH joined other advocates and legal professionals in honoring Kathy Clark, retiring executive director of the Lawyers’ Committee for Better Housing, at a Thursday lunch hosted by Cook County Circuit Court Judge Kenneth Wright.
On behalf of CCH, Law Project Director Rene Heybach presented an award to Ms. Clark for her years of dedicated work – including serving on the CCH Youth Committee during the 1980s, as the first law student intern at the Law Project, as a fair housing advocate, and most recently as a remarkable leader of the Lawyers’ Committee for Better Housing.
