Calling all runners: CCH is forming a team to run the 2015 Bank of America Chicago Marathon on October 11.
Because CCH is unable to participate as an official affiliated charity this year, all who are interested in joining our team will register through the marathon lottery, which is open through Tuesday, April 21. Unfortunately, this means that race entrance will not be guaranteed for CCH team members.
All team members will be invited to participate in training runs and other team-building events this summer in preparation for the October race.
Runners will be asked to set a $1,000 fundraising goal, to be raised online in conjunction with their race training. CCH will reimburse runners for the $185 marathon registration fee after they reach their goal.
