Mental Health Mondays: Doug Schenkelberg

Chicago Latina Files Lawsuit Against Chicago Police Challenging False Arrest and City’s Failure to Take Abusive Officers Off the Streets

She is concerned this can happen again to her and her son because of the City’s failure to take abusive officers off the street. Arturo Hernandez, a senior attorney at CCH, is one of the attorneys representing Ms. Campos in this lawsuit.

Hotel Toledo: Eviction Avoided

The CCH team worked together with 13 Tenants to protect their rights to stay in the Single Room Occupancy building, Hotel Toledo, after owner sprung an eviction notice with no warning.
